Love, Dice and Paintbrushes strictly adheres to the Trade Practices Act.  
Please choose carefully as we will not accept a return or offer a refund if you made a wrong purchase or change your mind.

We will offer a refund if the product;
- is or becomes faulty through no fault of your own
- is not fit for the stated purpose
- doesn't match our description or sample
- has defects that were not obvious or we did not bring to your attention.

Regardless for the reason for the request to return merchandise we will only accept the return of merchandise if it is in a saleable condition and notification is within 7 days of receipt.  Saleable condition includes, but is not limited to, having all packaging undamaged and not tampered with, and all contents of the merchandise package still included.

Opened packages will be accepted for return if there is proof of damaged or missing parts of the product within the package and there is sufficient belief beyond reasonable doubt the damaged/missing elements of the product were not due to misuse by the purchaser. This is at the discretion of Love, Dice and Paintbrushes after investigation.

In the advent of an accepted return, Love Dice and Paintbrushes will issue credit to your bank or Paypal account in Australian Dollars for the original purchase price as printed on the receipt. You may also request an exchange if you prefer.

No products will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return merchandise.

Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country outside of Australia.
